ENIKA, as part of the Solarpro Group, is a company dedicated to innovation in renewable energy technologies.
ENIKA is developing in-houseplatform for monitoring, control and optimization of electrical energy generation facilities incl. Solar parks, Wind farms and Battery storage systems. The monitoring and control systems, part of the solution works as highly distributed multi-platform system across the sites in dedicated VPN infrastructure.
Currently we are looking for a Data Mining and Business Intelligence Engineer.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable and reliable data infrastructure and pipelines (ingestion, integration, ETL, real-time connectors) to support data for measurement and reporting;
- Build connections with relevant endpoints for data ingestion;
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements;
- Ensure data quality, performance, and security across the entire data lifecycle; developing high-quality and well-documented data sets;
- Continuously improve data infrastructure and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability;
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering;
- Coding, testing, and documenting data systems and processes;
- Experience of system monitoring and system optimization process.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent experience and qualifications;
- Knowledge about BigData and their management;
- Understanding if horizontal and vertical scaling;
- Working knowledge of SQL/PSQL (ability to write SQL optimized queries and reports);
- Understanding concepts as data partitioning data replication and time series;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Technical experience in data mining and data analytics;
- Experience working with databases, ETL (extract, transform, load) pipelines, and data pipelines;
- Excellent data interpretation and data management skills;
- Programming languages: PL/pgSQL, JavaScript;
- Knowledge and understanding of communication protocols and industrial automation systems is considered as advantage.
