Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary: We are
seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruiting
lifecycle, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless
hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Process
- 1. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- 2. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- 3. Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Job Advertising and Promotion
- 1. Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- 2. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- 3. Build a strong employer brand for the company.
Recruitment Administration
- 1. Coordinate new hire orientations.
- 2. Assist HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- 3. Assist in the planning of company events.
Collaboration and Communication
- 1. Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process.
- 2. Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- - At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR.
