- Set targets and drive improvement in key construction metrics (e.g., timeliness, budget management, quality) in accordance with company Objectives and Key Results.
- Oversee and iterate upon the policies and procedures governing the company’s approach to project delivery, safety, and project commissioning
- Coordinate with the Structured Finance team to ensure that all project delivery work aligns with the needs and requirements stemming from project finance commitments.
- Implement and maintain team commitment to high-quality data management within the Pivot Energy suite of software tools such that timely and accurate insights into the status and progress of pre-construction and construction activities are available to internal and external stakeholders.

- Create robust training programs to build an integrated and adaptable construction management team, with a specific emphasis on team expertise, culture, and communications.
- Steadily improve the company’s project delivery decision-making and practices through the facilitation of feedback loops from project development, asset management, O&M, finance departments, and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, people, and tools to deliver increasing project throughput while advancing the quality and safety of our projects.
