REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science or other related fields.
- PG or PE are highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 - 7+ years of experience with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated scientific or engineering expertise with Federal, State and Local environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with field investigations associated with environmental site assessments, site remediation, field management, sampling etc.
- Project Management experience including deliverables, schedules and budgets.
- Proficiency in project management flow and documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter, team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the use of standard software packages including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of construction safety programs and regulatory compliance.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and proactive issue resolution.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites.
