Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to oversee project scheduling, crew management, and overall project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in the roofing or construction industry, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage and supervise roofing crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate with customers to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with employees, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure material availability and job site readiness.
• Track project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate crews to meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, and project management software.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
