We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. 

Work you'll do

• Ability to design needs-based sustainability engagements that promote integration with relevant business practices, while enabling the attainment of strategic objectives
• Ability to lead the development of sustainability reports and reporting processes to meet quality and objectivity standards
• Ability to combine deep situational expertise offering domain expertise to make tailored recommendations that enable clients’ sustainability agendas
• Ability to design data and technology-enabled business processes that enable value adding business outcomes
• Ability to plan and execute a project to deliver an excellent client experience
• Ability to increase quality, accuracy, and impact of reports and presentations by leveraging critical thinking, experience, and judgment
• Ability to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices
• Ability to leverage cross geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
• Act as a role model, embrace and live our purpose and values, and recognize others for the impact they make
• Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across business and borders

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor degree holder in science, engineering, economics, accounting, environment, or other relevant discipline
• Solid experience of working in a consulting environment. Proven business development experience
• Minimum five years of experience in sustainability and climate change consulting, including but not limited to: climate change, carbon management, environmental and social risk, green finance, responsible investment, sustainable supply chain, sustainability strategy and reporting readiness
• Experience in giving client presentations and speaking at conferences
• Excellent analytical skills with high commitment to providing quality client service
• Ability to direct own work and take initiative
• Willingness to travel
• Leads team to solve business problems and deliver and implement tailored solutions by leveraging domain expertise and industry knowledge
• Ability to design and deliver data driven offering solutions, lead and guide team on establishing proactive risk solutions by applying Deloitte's methodology, frameworks, processes, assets, and tools
