Service Sales Executive
Job Description
What will you do?
This position is accountable for the promotion and growth of a broad range of technical solutions/services under the direction of the Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Director. Develops sales opportunities / accounts and addresses and services the needs of established and new accounts. Utilizes excellent solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on offer and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs.
- Sets goals and objectives, develops sales/business plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan
- Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts
- Lead Schneider Electric US Services Sales at defined Key Accounts and geographies
- Develops sales opportunities pipeline in new and existing accounts
- Perform developmental activities to target new competitive large accounts
- Work closely with key partners on large opportunities
- Work closely with National Sales Force product sales and operations teams
- Leverage channel when appropriate to drive Schneider preference
- Act as the SME for Schneider Services Offer for all internal and external customers
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years sales experience within Power Distribution or Electrical Services
- Proactive consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners
- Established contact and relationships with potential customers and partners
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoke
- Business and financial savvy. Results driven; financial acumen
- Expected Territorial Travel: 65%
