Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,000 - $241,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Business Unit Overview
As part of Schneider Electric, the Power Products Division is a key profitable growth engine and is constantly recognized as the core of the core for the group. Purpose
To achieve a net-zero world, we need more sustainable and efficient projects. These projects are demanding more electrical and digital solutions in a faster pace of implementation, while our partners are facing electrical skill shortage, and overwhelmed by various of digital tools. As part of Channels Software Product Management team, s/he will be at the forefront to deliver next generation of software tools with coherent and intuitive user experience, empowering our channel partners to solve their daily challenges. Meanwhile, by improving our partners efficiency and granting them with more differentiation possibilities, s/he will greatly contribute Schneider Electric products’ stickiness, strengthening both topline and bottom-line.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities in channels software through customer-centric design thinking and interactions with various business stakeholders within organization strategic framework.
- Assess the competitive positioning of the offers against both conventional and emerging competitors at both global and local levels, and drive actions to strengthen it.
- Build and own the roadmap for software tools including user experience. Translate roadmap into features and prioritize them through a consistent framework based on value and feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering team in an Agile development environment to deliver on sprints, demonstrating leadership and representing voice of customer.
- Define field test plans with success metrics in close collaboration with engineering, channels, and country organizations to ensure high quality release.
- Contribute on product training and partner engagement to enable successful launch and adoption of responsible software tools.
- Improve software tools by closely monitoring user feedback after launch, and strategically adopting new technology in line with engineering strategy.
- Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation until “sunsetting” (end-of-life) in close synchronization with both hardware and software portfolio roadmap.
- Contribute Schneider Electric’s software community by collaborating with channels, hardware teams, country organizations, and partner ecosystem.

Internal Relationships
- S/he will report to Global Head of Channels Software in Power Products Division Channels team.
- Work closely with engineering team inside Power Products Division Channels team. This includes engineering team lead, group manager, Agile team Product Owner, Scrum Master, and developers.
- Partner with UX/UI designer inside Channels Software team.
- Manage stakeholders: Global Channels Persona Head, Hub Leaders, Countries Business VP, Channel Leaders, Marketing Leaders.
- Collaborate with: Division Hardware Squads Product Owners, Countries Channel Program Leader, Training & Success Management.
Skills/Competence/Experience
- Experience in product management, preferably technical software in Agile environment.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery leveraging global teams in a matrix environment.
- Strategic product acumen and demonstrated ability to define successful business strategies.
- Drive for results with ability to make decisions and proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Agile mindset and ability to operate in complex and ambiguous situation.
- Emotional intelligence to understand and motivate people even in challenging situation.
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills to senior executive audiences.
- Technical expertise in electrical distribution is a strong plus.
- Experience in working directly and indirectly with specifier, panel builder and contractor is a plus.
- Masters’ degree (or equivalent) in technical field and/or business administration will be a plus.
