In the role as Sustainability Director, you will lead the development and refinement of Thule Group’s sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and values. You will provide guidance to functional leaders and support them in integrating sustainability initiatives across their areas. Your ability to foster collaboration will be key as you work across teams to share best practices and identify synergies in sustainability efforts.

This role includes formally leading our Eco-design & Life Cycle Analysis Team, and reports to the SVP Corporate Communications.
To be successful in the role as Sustainability Director, we believe that you will bring a diverse set of experiences and competencies. You will have a background in working within large, international corporations, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country operations.
In addition, experience within product companies, particularly those involved in production materials, will be important as you lead, develop and implement sustainability strategies. Especially since this role includes having direct reports within our Eco-design team.
Your expertise in sustainability laws, regulations, and reporting will be essential. You will be responsible for driving compliance and ensuring transparency through effective sustainability reporting, while staying aligned with global frameworks.
Furthermore, as an inspirational leader, you will be skilled in presenting complex sustainability concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
