Position Overview: Weitsman Recycling is seeking a dedicated and reliable Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will play a crucial role in supporting operations during the assigned shift, ensuring the efficient processing and handling of recyclable materials.
Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Assist in sorting, segregating, and moving recyclable materials.
Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and equipment as needed (training provided).
Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for materials being processed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Adaptability: Willingness to perform various tasks as assigned based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
