    • Support initiatives across Toyota through collaboration with Carbon Neutrality Department researchers and leadership by identifying tech adoption interests, managing multi-functional dependencies and delivery timelines, facilitating the transfer of technology, and developing POCs, models, and documentation that can be transitioned or adopted in future products.
    • Apply your exceptional project management skills and implement processes that ensure the successful organization, communication, and prioritization of tasks for each project sprint cycle.
    • Provide project status, progress, and risk reporting updates to all levels within the organization.

    • Ability to dive into technical details to coordinate planning and progress with individual contributors, technical leaders, and partners.
    • Experienced in agile development frameworks including developing user-stories, backlogs, sprint planning, retrospectives, and possibly fulfilling the role of Product Owner.
    • Comfortable engaging, presenting to, and influencing all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
    • Excellent written / verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience working with multi-functional and interdisciplinary teams to accomplish project goals.
