Sales Operations Associate
Location: Remote

The Sales Operations Associate plays a key role in streamlining the sales process by supporting the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to contract signature, and ensuring smooth transitions to the delivery teams to enhance the customer onboarding experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing signed contracts and supporting documentation to ensure the CRM reflects contractual obligations, enabling successful product delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance teams to address commercial contracting questions.
  • Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of an inclusive team culture of professional excellence.
  • Supporting system and process improvement initiatives, including gathering requirements, design, testing, and launch of enhancements.
  • Analyzing data to support the broader sales and operations teams, including creating and managing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights.
  • Coordinating the flow of data and documentation across internal teams.
  • Providing scheduled and ad-hoc training for the sales organization.
  • Utilizing the CRM system to track key activities in the sales process, ensuring compliance and completeness.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S./B.A. degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (Sales Operations or a related role preferred)
  • Highly productive and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, particularly MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse cultural environments
  • Prior CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), including report and dashboard creation
  • Strong quantitative aptitude
  • A proactive approach to work, with a drive to achieve excellent outcomes independently

Note: If the candidate holds a work visa, the visa expiration date must cover the length of the assignment plus 18 months.
