Job Title: Electrical Engineer

What You'll Do
As the Electrical Engineer, you will:
Lead electrical engineering efforts, ensuring reliability and safety improvements for critical electrical and instrumentation assets.
Drive Zero Harm initiatives through behavioral-based safety practices.
Ensure compliance with HSE Performance Standards, applicable laws, and regulations.
Develop and manage the facility's 5-year electrical infrastructure plan.
Support instrumentation, control systems, and Arc Flash Program.
Oversee reliability programs for breakers, starters, transformers, and motors.
Conduct root cause analysis and reliability studies on equipment failures.
Collaborate with Operations, Turnaround, and Project teams during planning and execution of turnarounds.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in petro-chemical, power generation, or heavy industry preferred.
Knowledge of power distribution, NFPA, National Electric Code, IEEE, and PLC/DCS systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with PHA, HAZOP, and risk mitigation strategies.
Positive attitude, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
