Job Descriptions:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors on-site to ensure adherence to project timelines and company standards. Monitor progress, provide guidance, and address any issues that arise.
• Coordinate and facilitate project initiation meetings with subcontractors and customers to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and expectations.
• Develop and deliver weekly progress updates on material and project status. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify, review, and address defects with subcontractors. Implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain project quality.
• Oversee the successful handover of completed projects to customers. Ensure all documentation, systems, and components meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers (PM) and Head Quarters (HQ) to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues effectively and promptly.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all project stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure alignment and address any concerns or changes promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing solar projects, with a demonstrated ability to oversee projects totaling more than 1 Experience with different installation types (e.g., rooftop, floating) and structural extensions is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Relevant certification, such as an associate engineering license is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Pvsyst and other solar-related systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with all project stakeholders.
• Able to visit project sites as required.
