Coordinator, Funding Program
Description
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of launch materials and manage updates on program design impacts.
- Take notes and manage documentation in regional meetings and ensure partner status reports are up to date.
- Assist with the submission of reimbursement packets and coordinate revisions with the accounting team as needed. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, including naming conventions and folder structures.
- Organize, maintain, and ensure accuracy of project documentation in alignment with DOE requirements.
- Update reporting templates and detail for submission to the Department of Energy ahead of deadline.
- Maintain and update JIRA ticket managing system
- Collaborate with internal teams (field operations, data IT, project management, grid integration, development engineering, accounting, legal, software, hardware) to gather information, verify contract compliance, and improve cross-functional processes.
- Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Excel, JIRA, Salesforce, and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Management, EV industry, Accounting, or Data Management.
- Proficient in excel data management.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to sustainability and driving change in the transportation sector.
- Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably in public funding, the DOE, or a related sector.
- Proficient in project management tools and customer relationship management software, with a strong preference for experience in Salesforce and Excel.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.
- Disciplined problem-solver with the ability to set priorities and adapt to shifting demands from multiple stakeholders.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $75,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
