Position: District Shops Gift Shop Guest Services

May also work at other JIA retail locations. Jekyll Island is dedicated to maintaining the delicate balance between nature and humankind through conservation, education, and preservation. As a State Park, Jekyll Island is a coastal haven where nature and humans peacefully co-exist. Summary: The Jekyll Island, Retail Operations Division, seeks outgoing, responsible, and energetic Guest Service staff to represent Jekyll Island and enhance the visitor shopping experience at the new District Shops including 31-81 and Remember When. Under limited supervision, the Gift Shop Guest Service responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, personalized shopping assistance, performing sales transactions, and maintaining the appearance and stock items of the Gift Shop. This Gift Shop Guest Service position is part-time year-round and requires flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Hours and days will vary. Description:
