Weitsman Recycling is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Process orders, schedule pickups, and coordinate transportation.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support sales efforts by providing product details and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends.
