Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
FOR SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT:
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in Project Management;
• Experience with Solar projects;
• Experience managing Early-Stage processes;
• Experience in financial and data analysis;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
Preferred:
• Experience in Construction or/and Energy Industry
FOR BESS PROJECT MANAGER:
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience in Project Management (5+ years);
• Experience with BESS;
• Experience in pre-construction (Early Stage);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting.
Preferred:
• Experience with electricity markets, renewables, and/or battery projects;
• PMP Certification;
• Six Sigma Certification.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support BESS project activities from pre-construction to construction.
• Ensure all project variables, including environmental, regulatory, and land acquisition, are identified and integrated.
• Develop and optimize project technical scope to enhance feasibility and financial viability.
• Support PPA and GIA negotiations for origination and development teams.
• Manage engineering, estimating, and procurement requirements for project execution.
• Oversee early-stage Solar project management, ensuring technical, financial, and commercial feasibility.
• Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while leveraging data analysis tools.
