Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the solar energy sector to lead and oversee our financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and investment initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets.
• Manage company financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Oversee the company’s capital structure and financial risk management.
• Lead financial forecasting and scenario analysis for new projects and investments.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Optimize working capital management and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Support investor relations by preparing financial presentations and investment reports.
• Assist in structuring project financing, including debt and equity funding for solar projects.
• Implement internal controls and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a mandatory background in the solar energy sector or renewable energy project finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, project finance, and investment analysis specific to solar energy projects.
• Experience in managing financial operations, including taxation, auditing, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
