We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic individuals to create magical moments for our guests — from first-time visitors to lifelong fans.

What You’ll Do:
🎤 Educate and entertain guests on aquatic adventures
🦈 Facilitate safe animal encounters and experiences
🛍️ Recommend cool merch and upgrades to enhance the guest journey
🎟️ Operate admissions and sales with a smile
🧽 Help keep the Aquarium clean, safe, and full of fun
💡 Be part of a team that supports each other and thrives on positive vibes

What You Bring:
✔️ A love for working with people (and maybe even stingrays!)
✔️ Great communication and listening skills
✔️ Experience in customer service, retail, or guest-facing roles (a plus!)
✔️ Comfort using a POS system and handling cash
✔️ Willingness to work weekends and holidays — we’re open when families are out to play!

zoOceanarium Group specializes in developing and operating a new generation of aquarium and zoological facilities that emphasize excellent animal care and wellbeing and that create unique opportunities for people to appreciate and learn about animals through once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

By providing management of animal programs including wildlife-focused science centers, public aquariums, and zoological parks, the company currently works closely with all types of businesses including developers, design firms, and existing aquariums and zoos.
