Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join their growing Sales team. This role will be the first to be based in Perth and has unlimited potential to make the territory your own.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing 12-20 qualified appointments each week, providing expert guidance to potential customers, and closing sales to help them transition to solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend booked and qualified appointments.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solar proposals.
- Close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sustainability.
