We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and time requirements of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are accounted for and properly estimated, helping the company maintain profitability and competitiveness.

Details:
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment etc.
Perform quantity takeoffs and material takeoffs from drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the exact quantities of materials needed for a project.
Assist in preparing competitive bids for clients, working with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain cost information and pricing.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements and identify potential risks or challenges that could impact the cost or timeline.
Work with project teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, such as alternative materials or construction methods that do not compromise quality or safety.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, contracts, and change orders for future reference and auditing purposes.
