Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
  • Assess customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Deliver presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, outlining costs, savings projections, and financing options.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, incentives, and regulations related to solar energy.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with installation and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.




Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven successful sales experience, preferably in solar energy or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of solar panel technology and energy efficiency.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software, and basic computer skills.
  • Relevant sales training or certifications is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to customer sites.
