What the Role Involves:
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work directly with customers to provide exceptional service and offer energy solutions that fit their needs. This role involves a mix of customer interactions and sales activities, with plenty of opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Your Key Duties:
- Customer Assistance: Engage with customers to understand their energy requirements and explain our renewable energy services through Scottish Power.
- Sales Delivery: Present suitable energy solutions and assist customers in making informed decisions, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Achieving Goals: Work toward individual and team sales targets, using a customer-focused approach to build trust and satisfaction.
- Outreach Activities: Identify potential customers through recommendations, events, and direct interactions, ensuring they are aware of our energy offerings.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about renewable energy trends and updates to enhance your knowledge and improve your service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for sales, and are committed to delivering outstanding service. You’ll need:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we regret that Tier 4 or PSW visas cannot be considered).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and build rapport.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
- An interest in renewable energy and sustainability (training is provided).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is helpful but not required.
