As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our team and connect customers with the benefits of renewable energy.
Your Role:
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you’ll represent Route Two and Scottish Power in guiding customers toward cleaner, more efficient energy options. You’ll play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about their energy needs while building strong and lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Meet with potential customers in person to understand their energy requirements and explain the solutions offered through our partnership with Scottish Power.
- Deliver clear and engaging presentations about renewable energy products, ensuring customers feel confident in their decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Sales and Growth
- Identify and reach out to new customers, creating interest in Scottish Power’s renewable energy services.
- Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets by presenting tailored energy solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to develop innovative strategies for connecting with more clients.
Learning and Improvement
- Take part in structured training to gain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the renewable energy industry.
- Share ideas and customer feedback with the team to help enhance our services and outreach.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is driven, approachable, and enthusiastic about renewable energy. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly.
- A passion for sustainability and an interest in renewable energy solutions.
- A proactive attitude, with a strong focus on meeting goals and helping customers.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not essential.
