We are now looking for a proactive and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team, assisting with both marketing initiatives and face-to-face sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Assistant at Route Two, your role will be dynamic and varied. Key duties include:
- Supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns to promote our renewable energy solutions.
- Assisting with the creation of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Representing the company during face-to-face sales events to build relationships with potential clients.
- Managing customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Organising and maintaining marketing and sales data to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborating with other teams to support wider business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll need:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to tasks with keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles—formal education in marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
