Job Purpose

Responsible for leading and managing sustainability reporting across the organization.
Work closely with the team, key stakeholders and the Sustainability Taskforce to support organization’s Sustainability Strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a comprehensive understanding of ESG principles, while driving adoption of international guidelines and standard within the Group.

The Job

Lead for Company’s sustainability reporting. This includes reporting and verifying of sustainability data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and ensuring that ESG material factors are relevant to organization amidst the changing business landscape.
Work closely with the team and key stakeholders to deliver on Sustainability Strategy and support the Sustainability Taskforce
Keeping up to date with the latest developments and best practices in sustainability impact measurement, reporting and disclosures
Ensure accurate data and disclosure and maintain documentation of processes and methodologies around data collection, ESG metrics/indicators and calculation methodologies.
Collating and analyzing data to generate insights related to organization's ESG performance and impact.
Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in implementation and compliance with the Group’s sustainability-related frameworks and policies.
Prepare necessary reports/presentations to senior management and Board.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as necessary from time to time.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ESG reporting, data monitoring and evaluation, sustainability audits or ESG risk analysis
Familiar with ESG disclosure requirements and reporting frameworks, social impact measurement, and carbon footprint accounting
Strong ability to source, manage and analyze data.
Able to design clear and impactful graphical visualizations to communicate data insights.
Strong and clear communication and presentation skills
Team player with high level of integrity and accountability
High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
