Role Responsibilities: - A D2D recruiter will send new Appointment Setters to your office on a weekly basis. Your responsibility will be to provide orientation trainings on a weekly basis. You will also be in charge of regularly scheduled setter and closer trainings with the objective to improve team performance. - You will be responsible for conducting daily sales correlation meetings as well as shadowing new reps on the doors and giving a good example of and positive feedback for a correct sales approach. - Lead from the front by setting appointments with residential homeowners in a door-to-door setting. The positive outcome of these interactions is a set appointment. - Don't leave a single stone unturned: take initiative on the doors by seeking out as many opportunities to set solar appointments with qualified homeowners as possible every day. Requirements: - REQUIRED: at least 1 year of Solar Sales or D2D Sales ANexperience. - Flexible schedule: choose your own hours up to 45 hours per week (full-time). - Successfully complete online, classroom, and in-person Solar Sales Training. - Reliable form of transportation.
