Key Responsibilities:

Responding to USPTO Office Actions
Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
Conducting prior art, re-examinations, freedom-to-operate, due diligence, patentability, litigation support, and patent searches

What the Law Firm is Looking For:

A degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field
Eligibility for the USPTO
At least 1+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters.
Superior academic AND industry or research credentials
Outstanding writing and verbal skills

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:

Anticipated base salary range of $125,000-160,000 per year, depending on qualifications, job-related skills, location, and relevant experience
