*Please note: This is not a remote opportunity, you must be based in Brussels or looking to relocate there* An innovative SaaS renewable energy company is looking for an additional Technical Sales Engineer. If you're looking for an exceptional opportunity in the renewable energy sector, look not further. As part of the pre-sales technical team, you'll have a client facing and technical role where you will be at the intersection of sales, product and engineering. Your responsibilities: Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our SaaS solutions, guiding them through the technical buying process. Collect and evaluate customer use cases, aligning them with the features and processes of our SaaS offerings. Collaborate closely with product management to translate customer feedback into opportunities for product enhancement. Enhance efficiency and scalability by optimizing the processes between Sales, Operations, and R&D. Handle customer requests for information (RFIs) and proposals (RFPs) promptly and accurately. Work with Product Managers to relay client feedback and product requirements. Present engaging proofs of concept and product demonstrations to clients.
