EVS, Inc. is celebrating over 40 years in business. We've been providing Civil and Electrical Engineering, Land Surveying, and Environmental needs since 1979. We provide these services to meet the demands of a variety of projects for private corporations, governmental agencies, contractors, and developers. Over the years, EVS has been involved in many major projects throughout the state. These projects include the 35W bridge reconstruction, the Vikings Stadium, U of M Gophers football stadium, and numerous Light Rail and highway projects. EVS is a certified DBE, MCUB, SDB business.
