Daato is a ESG data and process management SaaS start up, which recently got funded in several million Euros. Daato’s goal is to grow significantly within next few years, starting with home market DACH, which will be followed by rest of Europe.

To grow as an early stage start up, we are looking for a Customer Success Managers to support our customers in DACH region work with our product. Due to expected fast growth, we believe this is the perfect ground for a CSM who wants to grow amazingly fast in their career.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Setting up Customer Success Processes: You will set up processes that ensure our customers always have access to relevant information and inquiries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently
Onboarding Customers: You will be responsible for welcoming new customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience
Helping Customers Work with the Product: You will provide ongoing support to our customers, helping them work with our product to achieve their desired outcomes
Engaging with the Product Team: Channeling customer feedback to the product team and jointly working on solutions

THE ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU

Have in interest in sustainability and creating a sustainable impact in the business world
Have experience as a Customer Success Manager in the DACH region or similar role
Are a self-starter and committed to support our customers in accelerating the sustainable transformation
See something is not working out, you look to find ways to get things done
Want to work in a young and dynamic startup with high potential to grow into leadership roles subsequently
A native German speaker as this role requires fluent German interaction with our customers from the DACH market, plus communicative English for company communication
