Job Summary:

We are looking for a New Account Manager (m/f/d) preferably located in South Germany.

Acting as primary customer contact in the development of new accounts within the Home & Commercial market Europe region
Establishing of new account relationships to meet personal sales targets, emphasizing the entire value chain of CSA Group services available
Independent acquisition of new customers in the assigned territory using various methods of lead generation and direct approaches
Prospecting, quoting and sales targets are determined on a yearly basis
Building customer profiles and call plans to target potential and inactive customers
Preparation of written quotations for services to clients in collaboration with Technical Specialists and Operations Staff
Working closely with the marketing department to identify potential clients and assists in nurturing leads to develop accurate new client strategies to win new business
Preparing regular written reports on calls, customer contacts, quotes, travel and trade show activities, and make oral presentations as needed
Evaluates industry reports, territory databases and develops territory analysis

Experience/qualifications/competencies

Bachelor's Degree and >5 years Sales experience ideally with experience in the field of appliance testing
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals
Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior level
Strong initiative and ability to develop new customer contacts
Ability to prepare cost proposals promptly to meet customers’ needs
Strong organization and time management skills
Experiences with CRM software
Create clear, effective and professional written communication and presentations
Responsive and pleasant when dealing with external and internal customers, peers and co-workers
German and English – both fluently spoken and written
This position requires extensive travelling (once, travelling will be possible again)
