Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing sustainability initiatives within the company to reduce the environmental impact of the company's operations and promoting sustainable practices among employees and stakeholders.

Support the implementation of sustainability strategies and projects that align with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct research to identify opportunities to reduce the company's environmental impact
Monitor and report on the company's sustainability performance and progress towards goals to best facilitate ESG report
Develop and deliver newsletters and other communication materials to educate employees and stakeholders on the company's sustainability initiatives
Develop and execute sustainability campaigns to promote awareness and engagement on sustainability issues among employees and stakeholders
Plan and execute employee engagement workshops to promote sustainable practices within the company
Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate graduate/ Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, communications or a related field
1 – 2 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, aviation or a related field is preferred
Passionate about sustainability
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations is a plus
