Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CW Intern to assist our team in the final leg of the B Corp recertification process and other sustainability initiatives. The selected intern will be responsible for working closely with our leaders to set short and long-term goals for B Corp and develop our Climate Action Plan. The intern will also assist with CSR initiatives, partnership business development, marketing our mission, and other tasks related to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the final leg of the B Corp recertification journey, including updating answers in the BIA, uploading documents, conducting an internal audit, and ensuring the B Corp Repository is updated and organized.
Work with the team to set short- and long-term goals for B Corp in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, EH&S, and production.
Help further develop the Climate Action Plan via reviewing sustainability initiatives such as recycling, composting, waste, measuring & emissions, etc.
Assist with partnership business development, including ideation for partnership development and maximizing impact.
Assist with marketing the mission at retail and CSR activations, events, marketing, and planning for 2024.
Work with the team to develop and implement CSR projects, including multicultural affinity group + subcommittees and Team Calvary.
Assist with aging inventory, donations, events, and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, sustainability, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business economics, production costs, and process manufacturing.
Knowledge of B Corp process and management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Passionate about sustainability and social responsibility.

Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.85/hour
