CLEANER: 12220 Nations Ford Rd PINEVILLE NC 28134 Position Summary: Supports a building or a facility by doing various actions that support the well-being of the structure and maintain cleanliness, such as cleaning spills, emptying trash, and wiping and mopping. Also reports safety hazards and maintenance problems to Supervisors. Essential Duties: Must be able to do various activities to support the cleanliness and well-being of the warehouse. Basic custodial tasks to be done, but are not limited to: Taking out the trash and replacing trash lining. Wiping down horizontal and vertical services. Polishing of various fixtures. Mopping spills and adhering to wet floor safety policies. Vacuuming carpeted and rug areas. Ice pack and rack cleaning. Cleaning of vehicles if necessary. Cleaning, sweeping, and sanitizing restroom areas. Preparing and mixing cleaning chemicals. Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Team player. Reliable transportation and willing to drive if necessary. Must be fluent in English. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong customer service skills.
