To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Environment Global Leader (M/F) within the Health, Safety & Environment team! This position will be located in Lille (La Madeleine - in the HQ's offices).

create, maintain a positive and sustainable dialogue with all relevant internal and external interested parties,
define collaboratively, deploy and guarantee appropriated Policy, Standards & System,
contribute to the Strategy and Cultural Transformation in a community and preventive mindset,
be a key player on progress acceleration and propose means to anticipate coming stakes (known and evaluated),
create and contribute to create conditions for success,
ensure the analysis, diagnoses, and studies are carried out with the degree of expertise necessary,
be accountable individually and collectively for the expected results with tolerable residual risks.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

to define and implement the policy, the directives and to participate to the governance process
to have a clear vision of all the interested parties (mapping) and their needs and expectations as their mutual impacts (by considering specific local context) and support it into the regions / GBUs
to define collectively and implement a sustainable dialogue approach with the interested parties (integrating image & reputation stakes)
to propose a clear N+3 & +8 years vision (why, what, how) and to support it to the organization levels
to identify risks and opportunities and to create measures (tools, methods) to have a positive impact on them
to ensure the integration into programs and projects (management of change principle)
to provide for the HSE community and wider the competencies requirements
to support the guarantee of Environment risks & opportunities skills level within the HSE network and wider (engineering, methods, production, administrative, project management …), including the Long-Term Industrial Footprint in Manufacturing
to define related learning process for HSE and non HSE, to contribute to succession plan and on boardings
to co-define, implement and lead the annual and multi-annual programs and related objectives
to define and deploy tools, methods, and indicators and to measure progress and performance
to support the regions (mentoring), if needed the sites, and to foster experience sharing within all the company with Regions and GBUs
to include within her/his working process and self and team learning process (relation and formalization)
to define, implement and improve continuously the Management System ensuring alignment with related ISOs
to perform audits for Environment risks and/or internal audit as guest auditor
to ensure Environment stakes into M&A : from the due diligence to the integration
to ensure the implementation of the means and the achievement of the priorities set up
to ensure the IT tool, and related training (SAP EHSM)
to co-ensure the appropriated reporting on appropriated timing (Global consolidation, DPEF,…)
to integrate Environment stakes in the Business Continuity Management process and insurance approach for resilience

As an experienced Environment expert you :

have strong set of competences in environment risks/opportunities fields
have first level of knowledge in ecotoxicity, and usual sustainability stakes, as for ecological redirection mindset
have strong skills in training, pedagogy to transmit easily knowhow to other functions and players
able to perform with sobriety mindset and awareness
able to support vision toward C levels (EO) and to represent the group in external benchmarking and works, initiatives

And also...

Engineer degree in technical, science, Environment or related.
Strong professional experience in Environment risks (8 years +) with a strong background on design and corrective fields, acquired mainly in industries (12 to 15 years of experience). Industries similar as Roquette (process and chemicals).
Successful international experiences in concrete programs implementation, in leading multidisciplinary teams. Concrete results obtained.
Concrete experience in conducting audits, in regulations and in management system.
Keen sense of complex organization understanding and all its usual functions all along the value chain.
Involvement into professional networks as a contributor and/or a leader welcome.
Willingness to travel as needed (20% +)
And because we are an international company, you are proficient in English (oral and written)
