As the Senior Associate, Project Controls, you will be responsible formanaging project budgets, project scheduling, monthly financial reporting, and support of Project Managementduring project development and constructionphases. The Senior Associate role will be heavily focused oncollaborating with key stakeholders to maintainan accurate project cost forecast,updated project schedule, facilitate procurement processes, and produce budget reports.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze the project’s latest Estimate at Completion cost forecast, reconcile project expenditures, and lead monthly budget management reviews.
Perform monthly project cost and variance analysis reporting to the team and management’s review to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Monitor and proactively identify financial risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies to ensure the project is executed within budget.
Manage project financial activity ofpurchasing processes including setting up new suppliers, creating purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders, invoicing, and ensure timely payment distributions in Oracle Fusion.
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Prepare ad-hoc reports, as directed by management
Analyze and maintain project schedules to correlate scope changes with project cost impacts.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, construction, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
